Dr Amol H. Patil is an interventional cardiologist. He completed his DM in Cardiology at Government Medical College, Kozhikode (Calicut), Kerala (2019–2022). Before that, he completed his MD in Pulmonary Medicine at PDU Medical College, Rajkot, and his MBBS at Government Medical College, Aurangabad — giving him training in both heart and lung medicine.
His procedural work includes coronary angiography and angioplasty, complex coronary interventions such as CTO, left main and bifurcation stenting with OCT, IVUS and FFR guidance, pacemaker and ICD implantation, ASD and PDA device closure, peripheral angioplasty, pericardiocentesis, and advanced echocardiography including strain imaging, 3D echo, TEE, dobutamine stress echo and paediatric echo.
